A couple more ideas...

The brief discussion of adding schools to the contact list got me thinking that perhaps a very simple develop and print workshop might also be a draw. I think the venue as is will be appealing to many people who may never have done any darkroom processes, digifiles, etc. If there is a darkroom space available, perhaps a two-day workshop in developing film and doing basic contact printing and enlarging could be arranged.

Also, how about a raffle as part of the registration incentive? In addition to Bill's print, perhaps the workshop instructors could donate a piece to a raffle pool with winner(s) selected through a random draw on the last Friday or Saturday.

Unfortunately the darkroom will only be available on the weekends. Being that I'm doing the wet plate, someone else would have to tackle that one the first weekend as well. Not sure anyone wants to be in a shop during the other offerings on the last weekend. If for some reason I come up with one, or we rig one, that would open the possibilities.

What about contacting POP or albuman with glass negs or negs brought by the attendees -- too much?
