After some looking I found a nice sling case that is comfortable to wear, isn't too bulky, and doesn't scream CAMERA - the Peak Design Everyday Sling 3L, the smallest bag in that product family. It seems nicely made and is more than big enough to hold my Mess-Ikonta or Ercona II, a couple of Series VI filters, a Series VI push-on filter holder with screw-in hood, and a roll or two of film. Plus a cold-shoe mount rangefinder (if I'm using the Ercona) and my Pocket-Spot meter if I want a spotmeter instead of using the light meter app on my phone. And probably even a sandwich, although a that point things would be getting tight.

They're on eBay if you don't want to shell out $80 - I got mine for $50 and consider it money well spent.
