9x12 old film holder repair?

I have eight of these, that go with an old Zeiss folder. Four are OK, and four that need repair to the felt area.
What kind of felt do you use, and where do you get it?
What kind of glue, to glue it on.
Any other suggestions or hints on repairing these would be much appreciated.

A possible alternative source is a fabric store or hardware store felt pad for lamps and furniture.
