I bought both films about a year ago. They were stored in a freezer at all times. Since I don't find the time to shoot those films I am going to sell it, before they expire. 4 of the Velvia expire on 10/2023 and the other 5 on 04/2024. I don't know when the Kodak Vision expires, since it was hand rolled. I bought it a year ago from Etsy. Be aware that it still has the Rem-Jet. e.g. Develop it yourself or send it to lab which does a ECN-2 or can handle the Rem-Jet.
