I purchased this enlarger from a Chicago gallery owner with the intention of setting up my own darkroom but an unexpected move put the kibosh on that plan.

Since you lay your negative on a sheet of glass and use adjustable guides to frame the edge of the negative, you can print 8x10, 5x7 and 4x5 negatives.

You can tilt the enlarger back at a right angle for projecting on the wall (huge prints!).

Includes the sturdy table that the enlarger was attached to, along with the hardware to reattach it.

FYI this may look big but I transported it in my Subaru Forester hatchback with the back seats down - there was room to spare. I'm happy to help you load this into your vehicle. I love road trips, so I'm willing to deliver it to you for an extra charge.

$1500 OBO.

Are you giving it away, or did I miss the price in your post.

Sorry about that Rick; just updated my post. Thanks for pointing that out.

This is one of the simplest and most elegant enlarger designs I've ever seen. Someone really put some thought into it. It's almost as if they started from scratch with a pencil and a sheet of paper w/o ever seeing another enlarger before.

It sure looks sturdy and a marvel of simplicity.

It looks like it was made to outlast all of us.

FYI someone asked what bulb it takes so I thought I'd add that info - 150W No. 300 GE Photo Enlarger bulb. You can see a photo of it at https://flic.kr/p/ysW27Y
