hey all,

since I'm moving up to 8x10, I'm looking for an 8x10 contact frame, preferably a Kodak, but something sturdy that can take a lot of use(I plan on printing a lot)

since I'm a college student, my budget is somewhat limited.

let me know, I'm not picky, but would prefer a Kodak one if given a choice.

thanks

my zip is 91741(LA)

I was looking for one myself the past few weeks, didnt find any good used ones on eBay so I ended up buying the Photographers Formulary one from BHPhoto. It was $52 but it looks pretty sturdy and has a hinge in the middle of the back too.

Dan,

I have one, but it isn't a Kodak... There isn't a brand name. It is in excellent shape- how does $35 (including shipping) sound? I can take a pic if you're interested. I also have an 11x14 unit, in case you're looking for something larger.

Dan,

Yes- the pressure is even... the springs are quite tight.
