I do not even own anything bigger than 6x7, and probably never will......but these guys that build 8x10 sure make me want one.
Maybe i could buy a 4x5.?

These large cameras sure are a thing of beauty...a whole different type of beauty than the world of 35mm SLR that i normally live in.
Might be a case of the grass being greener, but......we in the usa do not have a whole lot that compares to the age of architecture in Europe.
Assuming it survived WWII, there are endless Kilometers of beautiful Buildings/Towns/Streets/Plazas/Etc etc to take pictures of.
I have never been there, but that is the feeling i get from looking at a bunch of photographs over the years.

I work in appliance manufacturing. I visited Italy, the village of Cassinetta has a plant now owned by Whirlpool. Northern Italy, south of the Swiss border. Beautiful!!!!
