8x10, 4x10 film dimensions

Could somebody please tell me the exact dimensions of 8x10 film in millimetres? Do I get two 4x10 sheets by simply cutting it in the middle
for the Canham/Fidelity/fotoman film holders?

I have my 4x10 film cut to 3 and 15/16ths for the holders I get from keith canham.

I can make the 8x10 cut film work in the holders, but it's a little snug at times.
