The View Camera Store will be placing a special order with Ilford for 8 inch x 100 Ft. HP5+ Cirkut Film.

Specs are:

Product HP5+
Material: Mini film (triacetate base)
Width: 8"
Length: 100'
Perforation: None
Frame No. Not applicable
Core: Cardboard, 3 inch

Price is $276.81 (prepaid) plus shipping. Delivery time not known at this point.

We have a customer that will be purchasing much of the run so you can purchase as little as one roll.

What's the film base thickness? same as 120? It should be a thinner base. I'm interested. Would they do other widths at the same time?

It's coated on a thinner base than 4x5. I think Ilford said the same as 35mm. The only width available right now is 8". Ilford is willing to do other sizes but you might need to purchase the entire run.

Hello ALL,

I am buying 2 rolls of the #8, but I wonder if anyone is interested in a #10 Cirkut run as well. If I understand correctly, there is a 10 roll minimum to Ilford. I think I could go for 2 if there is enough interest for 8 more.

I hope I have the info correct.

There is some talk of a Harman price increase. Now could be the time to go for it.
