6x9 Negative masks for a DeVere 504

Hi,

Could anybody please confirm or deny whether the negative masks for a Durst Laborator OR 138 will fit my DeVere 504, please?

I'm looking to purchase a set of 6X9 masks, but prices for the originals are extortionate here in the UK.

They won't fit. I have a Durst set of 6x9 negative masks that would work but need to sell them with a Johnsons V45 enlarger.

I suggest you make your own from Aluminium sheet, I made a 5x4 holder for the Johnson enlarger, which I've not seen since moving house, so will make another. I'm also making 6x17 inserts for my own De Vere 5108 negative carrier.

Sometimes De Vere masks appear at the Camera Fair I go to, I picked up a few sets for £5 but it's pot luck.

Well, that's pretty emphatic, Ian - many thanks for clearing that one up. I have been toying with the idea of making my own, or even opening up my unused 35mm set.

Back to the drawing board, either way. Cheers.
