Does anyone know if there are 620 film respooler (or seller) outside US? Specifically in Asia, more specifically in Southeast Asia?

Respooling 120 onto 620 is so easy I have no idea why a tool for that task even exists. Buying commercial respooled film can be expensive yet convenient… when it’s available.

Flic does include one re-spooled 620 film (likly Fomapan/Ultra 100) . I belive that Shanghai Jiancheng Technoloy Pty Ltd also spools 620 and 127 from their own stocks.

Indeed re-spooling 120 to 620 is one of the easiest things to DIY in the film world. All you need are a few empty 620 spools, and a change bag/tent or dark room. You can re-spool whatever emulsion you have, and your 3 minutes (per roll) will save you at least $10.

Re spooling 120 onto a 620 spool is super simple and only takes a scant few minutes and requires two (2) 620 spools. In total darkness, wind the film onto the first 620 spool taking care to keep it tight, then transfer onto the second spool, and while keeping the film and backing paper tight, here's the hardest part, make sure the free end of the film stays under the backing paper. If you end up with a bump in the roll you messed up, but by spooling onto a 620 spool first this rarely happens. If you transfer onto a spare 120 first you are almost guaranteed of getting a bump in the roll. After you've done this a few times it becomes second nature.

Shanghai photo sells their own GP3 100 B&W film & has rerolled Gold 200 (on a 620 spool): https://shop.shjcfilm.com/search?type=product&options[prefix]=none&q=620+film&options[prefix]=last

A company called Etonephoto (Im pretty sure theyre either in Guangzhou or hong kong) also sells Shanghai GP3 100, Kodak Gold 200 (rerolled onto 620 spools), and they also sell 620 spools:
