This is a Holga 612 WPC body that was modified to use optical lenses in shutters.
Included are cones for 90mm and 135mm lenses (can be changed in a dark bag, awkwardly) with their own helicoids and a taped distance scale.
There is also a DIY optical 90mm VF, two cold shoes and an arca-swiss tripod plate.
The M42 helicoids will work best with small lenses in 00 shutters. I was using them with a #00 to M42 adapter(~$10 on eBay). EDIT: I've printed some 00-M42 adapter.
