I received this from the president of HP Marketing:

Please accept my apologies. You had ordered the above strap way back in February and for whatever reason I / we never ordered it. We just did this now and the strap is presently in transit. It should arrive here late next week / early the following week. Again I am sorry that this happened and as you know this is not the usual service that HP Marketing offers. We try to be responsive to the needs of all of our customers but sometimes we fail.

I placed my first order with B&H when I was 15. It'd been smooth sailing ever since and I am now 41. And if you ever get a chance to visit the store, it is a hoot with all the tubes and delivery systems there, crazy.

In fact, I have two small Domke bags waiting for me when I get home.
