Just took the 4x5 Zone Camera out to photograph a tree that needs considerable front rise with my 90mm Nikon f4.5 lens. The tree is about 7 stories tall beside an ancient Plantation House and the walled garden does not allow me to back-up sufficiently to use lens rise. The bellows are really stiff and compacted at focus distance, so I cant really do any other tricks with the front/rear standards, but work fine otherwise for longer focal lengths.
I have what I believe is the last incarnation of the Zone 4x5 camera, built in Newfane, Vermont. I have read that the last generation was slightly different from the prior two generations, but all were built/based on the Wisner 4x5.
I obviously need a bag bellows. Will a Wisner 4x5 bag bellows fit this camera?
I do not see any Zone IV bag bellows on the Evilbay auction site, but there are some Wisner brand available.
Does anyone know for certain if these are identical or how to tell?
Thanks in advance!
