I've been processing TM100 in the 3006 drum for a good while. One of keys to dealing with TM films is consistency. You need to do everything exactly the same, every time. Consequently, whether I'm processing 2 sheets or 6 I use the same developer volume. In my case, that's 500ml, one-shot. As for pre-soak, 3 minutes is what I use and it's plenty. I also use 500ml of fixer, and it just stays in the drum for the entire fixing time.
Whatever times and volumes you decide upon, just stick with them and you'll find that TM is pretty easy to control with the Jobo.
