If you don't mind the high prices, Polapremium has some (expired) 4x5 sheet film for sale. I'd check eBay to see if you can find anything else. Needless to say, it's getting hard to come by.

I'd suggest getting a Fuji PA45 back and shooting some of the excellent Fuji 4x5 film.
I do have several boxes of type 55 left, but frankly, after that's gone, I'll not be paying outrageous prices for products that (even when fresh) had a substantial chance of failure.
P.S. Note that you can shoot quickloads in a 545 back, which might be worthwhile to you.

I would also lobby the impossible mission to bring back the LF sheets of instant film. They seem to be bringing back, if they have success, the 600 pack film. If they garner enough interest, they might be willing to make other formats as well. Even if only on a limited basis.
