I'd like to do some color photographs of flowers with my 4x5. I'll be taking the photographs inside with strobes. For these pictures, I plan on scanning the film and printing digitally. (Yes, I'll also take some bw pictures which I'll print in a traditional manner.) Does anyone have recommendations as to a good film to use? I can develop either C41 or E6 at home.

I'll toss in a vote for Kodak E100G. It is a little less saturated than Velvia a little finer grain than Astia and Provia and gives realistic color.

In my opinion there isn't a good 4x5 c41 film made for shooting flowers. Velvia, Provia, Astia, E100VS, G, GX or EPP are all good.

If you have a RFH, Kodak's Ultra 100 or 400 would do an excellent job.
