There's no such thing as a 120mm roll film back for 4x5.

If you mean 120 roll film back then you're in luck!

However I've only used the cambo 6x12 back, but not these versions. So I can only recommend the Cambo.

Hah! Edited, thanks.

Wouldn't I also need to have a mask on the GG to properly compose and frame?

Yes, many GG's already have at least 6x7 framing, and it's easy to extrapolate that, if you don't have that, you'll need to make some, it's not too hard, my cambo came with a framing sheet which could be overlayed for composition. Just take a roll of 120 and a sharpie and mark the GG

They make ultra thin stick tape which many use for "detailing" that I think is the common kind used for frame lines on GG.

Good luck!

Thanks, thought so.
But then, I could simply make black cardboard masks from the metal ones include in the kit.

I have a Calumet 6x7 back which is thin and can be slipped under a standard 4x5 ground glass back. Also have a Graflex RH8 (6x7) and a Horseman 6x12 backs which have the lever advance which I use in my 4x5 cameras that have the Graflok back since the ground glass back is easily removed and the larger roll film backs locked on instead. All work great. Used they can be found for $80-120 or so for the first two and $350-400 or so for the Horseman.
