40mm M-Rokkor optics housing wobble

Some years ago I had this wobble tended to but it returned after just a few days of use. At that time I was mainly using MF anyway so I just put it and my Zeiss ZM on the shelf, but I’d like to start using them again. Does anyone know if this is actually fixable or should I just embrace it?

By "front block" I mean the optical unit housing the lens elements that moves fore and aft for focusing.
