I have four pieces of NEW in the wrapper, 35mm ANR Glass (long Version, require slight modification of your 35mm film holder for the v750). $80 includes shipping and paypal fees.

As the OP states, you'll have to trim the hold-down tabs on your film holder. I have the long ones and trimmed the tabs easily. These are a GREAT addition to the V7XX scanner.
