The cheapest i can get AS lens boars is about $50 each for nice quality metal lens boards from eTonePhoto. I've recently decided that I will be migrating most of my lenses to AS boards (they are currently mostly on Technika boards) and sell off most of my Cameras that use the technika boards. Buying 20 or more AS boards at $50 apiece is a bit more than I want to spend. There was already a 3D model of AS boards on Thingiverse, but it was weirdly designed and Treatstock (the printing service I use) was going to charge $30 per board. I'm not sure why. It may be because they charge by a bounding box that encloses the entire model, and while my model is 3mm thick, the other one was like 10 or more mm thick--I'm not really sure.

I had already built a Toho lensboard 3D model that worked great (since finding Toho lens boards was very difficult.) So I adapted the OpenSCAD model to create an Arca-Swiss board (being a square board it is mostly new, but I did steal a few things from the Toho model to make programming it a bit easier.) One of the nice things about OpenSCAD is it is essentially a programming language. As a result, it is setup with Compur #00, #0, #1, and #3 holes, but its very easy to change a variable, then re-render and export it you need it to fit a less common size like an Acme or Supermatic shutter.

Anyway, if you need inexpensive Arca boards, you can download here:

My cost was $11.88 shipped for my test print ( a non standard size, probably Compur #2 of some sort ~59mm) I request PETG with 100% infill and it should be light tight.

FYI, some, but not all AS 110 lens boards have a second light trap--a raised ring outside the inner light trap. This model does not have that trap. I don't think it is necessary as I have numerous other AS lens boards--some made by AS--that don't use it. I may look at adding the second light trap to the model at some point, but for now this works for me.
