How are you designing the film door to open? With my Gaoersi 6x17, the door is held on by two clips and pops completely off when you want to change a roll of film - I am envious of the Fuji 6x17's hinged door - because it frees up your hands to load film more carefully, and is one less thing to drop on the ground...
Marc!
I wouldn't trust a 3d printed hinge so I will probably go with a removeble back with theese kind of fasteners.

Yes something like that.Looks a bit like the kind on my RealitySoSubtle 6x17 and these work fine.

They came with the camera.Yes something like that.
Where did you get them from?
I don't know yetWill the film be in a track to keep it flat? The design of the cones could be one side of a track.

How important is a prassureplate or a track for the film?
A cone for 90mm lens
Ok do you suggest a track or prassureplate?Very as you need the film perfectly flat, but it"s not difficult.

Ok do you suggest a track or prassureplate?
Tracks seems easier to design as there is no moving parts.
I usually upload my projects on thingiverse so this will probably end up there to.Very interesting!
Will you be releasing as "open source" STL/whatever files to the public?
