I presume the Rollei Ortho is just Maco Ort25c -- since the Rollei films are largely made by Maco.

If so, it's quite a nice film. Very clear base and fine detail.

No, it's not the same as the old Ort25c. It's a completely different film.

Any B&W film can be converted to an ortho film by using a minus red filter on the camera. The are several types depending on how much red is removed from the light reaching the film.

All Rollei films are supplied by Maco, and Maco get most of their films from Agfa. Maco used to get stuff from Efke but not any more.

This information is inaccurate, Maco has licensed the Rollei name. Rollei isn't involved other than getting paid for the use of their name. The Ort25C was made by efke. The new Ortho film is not and is not Agfa either.

I didn't say that Rollei Ortho was made by Agfa. Can you tell us who makes that film?
