Ths is a larger version of my 135 to 285mm Wollaston lenses.

Unmounted, flange style. 5 aperture cards, lens cap, screws, cleaning cloth: $90 + shipping.
Mounted on a Baltic Birch lens board (Kodak 2-D style): $120
Mounted on a 6x6 round corner Baltic Birch Deardorff clone board: $155
Mounting on your board: ask for a quote.

Yes Reinhold, the lens is outstanding as are the dodgers. Great to have them up on the wall, before I was always losing them under paper boxes etc.
