Are you really asking, in this forum, why anyone would need (more accurately, want) more than one camera?

I took the question to be a rhetorical one .
But in my moderator's role:
- unless a question like this is somehow related to the sale/purchase of a listed item, our guidelines at least recommend that off topic discussions not be initiated in Classifieds threads.
Now a more pertinent question for @Barlow and the thread:
Is that $750 price for each camera, or for all three?

Yes, my question was rhetorical but stupidly curious. After all, I own more than three Hasselblads!

Still a great camera and with some of the best color rendition Nikon has ever made IMO(along with the D3X). It's great as long as you have enough light to keep it at 400 or lower. It's also built every bit as well as the other single digit Nikons-maybe not AS well weather sealed as a D5 or D6, but pretty darn close. Plus, if you want to shoot both digital and film, you can park your F6 in the bag next to it and have two cameras that are surprisingly similar in operation.

The one I have is plenty for me considering how little I actually use it, but assuming the $750 price is for 3, that's a great deal for 3 as nice as the one shown. That's especially true with the shutter counts shown-these camera are rated I think to 150K(and I've read stories of people taking them to 500K), so even the 11K one is just getting broken in.

GLWTS!

Thanks for the comments.

Yes, it's $750 for all three cameras (Originally $15,000), two MH-22 dual chargers (which were optional and about $250 each), and four Nikon EN-EL4 batteries (One battery was given to me and looks well-used, but holds a strong charge. The other three look new and also hold a strong charge.)

I only used them in a small studio, so they were never carried or used outside.
