found this kickin the back of a closet. Can't figure out how it got there. But here it is.

Has a 3/8-16 hole on the bottom. 1/4-20 screw on the q/r plate up on top.

Kinda stiff, but works fine.

I'm not really sure. I'd stick with a Hasselblad/Mamiya 645 and under weight-wise
