3 1/4 x 4 1/4 Film Sheaths

I'm all set for sheathes but I know what a hassle it can be to track them down so I thought someone here might be able to use em. Also, the price seems pretty decent.

What kind of holder do those fit in?

They are used to hold film in plafe holders, they will fit in most 3 1/4 * 4 1/4 plate holders.

I'm familiar with the 9x12cm folding cameras with their plate holders using film sheaths for modern use. Was there an analogous line of small folding fixed lens cameras made using the 3 1/4 x 4 1/4 size? Or were most old 3 1/4 x 4 1/4 plate cameras larger wooden designs?
