270 G-Claron WA

I have the opportunity to purchase a 270 G-Claron WA fitted to a Copal 3, for contact printing with a 7x17" camera. I think (I hope !) it should cover 7x17" with some movements. Does anybody knows how it performs at infinity ? I am happy with my other G-Clarons, but I don't know this WA lens.

I have used one on 11X14 and it's about the same cross section. It's a wide field double gauss like the Kodak WF 250 Ektar and is a fine performer at infinity. I considered it too big. It's about the most impressive appearing lens I've ever seen. HUGE. Another plus is that in shutter it opens up to f6.3 for focus. It's only f11 in the barrel.
