This lens is interchangeable with all of my Euryscop lenses, and therefore, for what it's worth I believe it is a Voigtlander Rebranded product.

Everything fits. Even the serial number matches a late 1860's Voigtlander regimen.

What is different though, it's an f8 lens, not like the flagship f6 lenses of Series IV. That makes the size much more manageable. This easily goes in the field on my 2D 8X10.

What I do is router a hole in an 8X10 lensboard the fits tightly at the threaded end and then put some wide shoulder screws that overlap the mating edge. IOW, no flange for this. I have several images done with this. It's an amazing lens to use. Gorgeous results in either landscape or portraiture. Well, calling Eddie Gorgeous is a stretch. $525 for this please and + shipping. If it said Voigtländer on it, you'd have to add $900 to that price! More pics next page;

jim, I think that lens might actually be a genuine Liesegang Leukograph Ser. III! If so it's not an 1860's "plain Aplanat", but a 1910's "advanced Aplanat" with improved glasses. And - it's also likely to be sharper than any modern lens, at least in the center of the image circle, if my experience with late Aplanats is any guideline.
