Dilution H is fine with 35 mm, which has the same solution per film area as 220 in a standard diameter reel (8 ounces, 240 ml, per standard roll). In fact, you can even use Dilution F (1+79) if you're so inclined; the basic requirement is to have at least 3 ml of syrup per 135 or 120 roll of film (so 6 ml per 220). I've used Dilution F many times for 35 mm and it works very nicely; there's no other tank loading I've seen that has more square inches per ounce of solution than 35 mm and 220.
