21.5mm filter fit?

I have a pair of BS 21.5mm UV filters I thought would fit my Elmar, but they don't.
So what do they fit?

Not sure what they fit- but I would try on an Industar-22 or Industar-50. Slightly larger diameter than the elmar.

The Elmar- uses the same 19mm filters that fit an Argus C-3 5cm F3.5.
