Hi, does anyone have a .pdf of Mr. Thalmann's " Caltar Lenses: Past and Present, " May/June 2003 View Camera? I could not find one via the normal search tools. Thsnks!

I have the issue you mention. I'm not sure about scanning a pdf (I'll give it a try), but I'll be glad to photocopy and mail. The article seems to be very comprehensive.
