Both plates are used but still have a lot of useful life in them, I just don’t have my 6Ds any more.
One is a Kirk PZ-153 plate and the larger is a SunwayFOTO PC-6D. Both have a provision for a wrist strap and a 1/4 20 tripod hole if yu are in a tripod without the Arca clamp.
