For Sale 2 - D2's for sale in Jacksonville, Florida

Based on some advice and recent sales here at APUG, I thought I would give this a shot. These two D-2's are in the way of me actually using my darkroom. Before I part both of them out, I want to see if anyone wants to make a road trip to North Florida.

#1. Older model w/ all of it's goodys. Solid unit. The overall exterior is pretty worn, but the glass is in great shape. I made a MDF base board for it. It has the variable condenser as well. 1 long cone, 1 short cone, 3 flat plates. Bellows are light tight. Pick up only, $100 or obo

#2. This was going to be a 2nd unit as whole, but I just found that the bellows have pin holes in the corner and I am not sure I will take the time to repair them. So, this one is for parts:
The front locking knob shown in the 1st picture is now on the other unit to make it whole.
Aristo head for D-2 (lights up when plugged in)
1 set of main condenser lenses
Main head for condenser
1 long cone
1 short cone
4 flat
Any pieces and parts you think are on this unit you need, let me know and I will tear this monkey apart for shipping. I really want this out of here so prices are basically what you think is fair to pay. 1st come, 1st serve, I am not out looking for highest bid here.

If you are coming to pick up the 1st one, the 2nd one could be yours for parts very reasonably.

Photos look OK for me. Great enlargers, and a great price too.

They are real workhorse enlargers. When the nuclear war comes, the only thing left will be twinkies, cockroaches and Omega D2 enlargers.

Do you happen to have the heat absorbing glass for either of these?

I'm unfamiliar w/ what that is, so I would have to say they don't. The glass I am aware of are the condensing lenses. Sorry, thanks for looking.

Interesting. I've owned 5-6 D2s and never noticed HA glass.

I wish i had read this earlier, i could have used them, i recently picked up a D2 that is missing a few things. We just left the east coast of Florida earlier, Too late now, we're in Atlanta headed north to TN.

To All, In the last picture the is a lens board that is touching the diffusion disc and the large cone. The "lens disc" in that plate has been sold, but will be replaced with a NOS undrilled lens disc part #421000
