1st try with FB paper???

I have only used RC paper to this point in Dektol and was wondering if there was any consensus as to a good all round FB paper to start out with.

I am afraid that you will have deficulty to have a concensus.

Personnaly I would suggest to start with a well known paper as the MULTIGRADE IV FB Fiber from Ilford. This is a very good classical paper.

Simplest progression (probably) is to get the FB counterpart to the RC you are using. I think that was MGIV RC? So try MGIV FB.

At least that is the path I'm planning. (The last time I used fiber, single weight papers were commonplace.)

Try fiber, it is more easy than you´d expect ;-) As DLawson said, try the FB version of the RC paper you already have experience with.
