I have a very busy six weeks coming up and production of Wollaston lenses will go "on hold" until October 24.

If you were waiting for a 190mm version of this lens, I have one left.
f:3.2 wide open, image circle about 270mm (10-1/2") @ f;16.

The flange only version is $55 + $5.95 USPS priority mail.
With the high density 96x99mm Linhof clone board it's $69 + $5.95.
Custom mounting to your lensboard is $39.

More about these lenses here:

I just got my 135 mm and 285 mm lenses from Reinhold - great workmenship and I can't wait to try them out. For the price that Rienhold is selling them for, how can you not get at least one of these. Thanks so much Reinhold for the two you sent me.

interest in lens 190mm f:3.2 Wollaston Meniscus Lens

Hello Rheinhold,

(Just took a quick look at your web site; good stuff; will return later to look closer)

I am new to LF photography, except pinhole which I have been using off and on a few years now. So please allow me a few basic questions about this lens.

1) Can it be used on a Pacemaker Speed Graphic as a barrel lens without problem and, if so;

2) Can you make an appropriate lens board for it?

Basically am looking for a fairly soft focus portrait and still life lens.

Thanks in advance for replying to me directly, as I rarely come to a pug these days:

Hello Ronn,

Here's how I fit one of my lenses onto the small Speed Graphic board:
(there was a url link here which no longer exists)

As we have allready communcated by e-mail, these small boards take a bit of extra care, but they work well.

I also make a 135mm lens as an option to the 190mm lens.
Speed Graphic's bellows are a mite short, so the 135mm let's you get a bit closer than the 190mm.

As I mentioned elsewhere, I'll be out of circulation until mid-October.
More goodies on the drawing board.
Till then...

Reinhold
