I need help identifying this lens. I think it is a rebranded Rodenstock. Would anyone be able to tell me what model?

I would like to know the lens design and coverage, or at least a reference to look it up myself.

Is it a convertible lens?

Ok, now I am thinking it is a re-badged Schneider

Caltar Type S is Rodenstock Sironar (plain Sironar, no -N suffix), early to mid '70s vintage. 6/4 plasmat design, specified for 70 degrees coverage.

Thanks Oren.

By "plain Sironar" do you mean the Sironar S? I am finding references to the Sironar S but none to a plain Sironar.

No, they are not the same at all. The Apo-Sironar-S is Rodenstock's current, state-of-the-art plasmat design. The Sironar was Rodenstock's first-generation modern plasmat, a design that's now almost 40 years old. When people refer to a "Sironar S", that's just an imprecise way of referring to the Apo-Sironar-S. Rodenstock has never used the name "Sironar S" without the explicit "Apo-" designation.
