13x18cm wooden camera (about 5x7"), tailboard type, no makers name, it seems to be from 1870s

complete, with brass lens and plate holder

the focusing distance is adjusted by moving the back panel with a rack-and-pinion system
the back panel can be fitted in either a vertical or horizontal position
lens board has rising and cross movements

good condition for its age, nice walnut wood
all devices working, complete, no missing parts
black leather bellows, some tape on the bottom, fully light-tight
double-side plate holder (dry plate type)

the lens is from the French maker Frederic Jonte, established in Paris in 1860
