Looking for a 135mm lens, had a line on a 135/5.6 Fujinon-W but while responding to a post where I was inquiring about the quality of the lens it was snatched up on eBay. My luck.

Prefer one of these 135/5.6 lenses listed but offers for others are welcomed.

135/5.6

(in order of preference but cost is a factor as well)

Schneider Symmar-S
Rodenstock Sironar-N
Nikkor-W
Fujinon-W

Please send a PM with your offer. Thanks!

I have a 135/5.6 Nikkor-W for my 5x4 and it's the sharpest, brightest 5x4 lens i have ever had.

Yea I almost had one (135/5.6 Fujinon-W) last night for $118 shipped from Japan off of eBay and missed clicking the button on it. Sucks, more lenses in the sea though

I've got a few lenses about to go up on ebay tonight (if I get around to it...), one is a Rodenstock Sironar convertible, 135 f5.6 / 400 f16. isn't the prettiest of souls, but has been a good workhorse, haven't even considered her value yet.

I have a 135mm f5.6 Caltar-S II, which is a re-badged Symmar S, that I bought through this Forum after placing a wanted advert and it's a superb performer. It's equally as good as my 150mm f5.6 Sironar N, and 210 f5.6 Symmar S.

Both the Symmar S and Sironar N sold under the Caltar name and often sell for significantly less than the rodenstock & Schneied versions despite being identical in all but brand name, so well work looking out for.
