FYI, that finder would be more accurately referred to as a chimney finder.

Does it come with both the Polaroid and roll film backs?

Is the roll film back a Pro, Pro-S or Pro-SD back?

Is the accompanying insert a 6x4.5, 6x6 or 6x7 insert?

No extras just the body the chimney hood basically. It would need the lens of course and the backs of your choice that is all. I do have a lens for sale too btw but no backs of any type
