13" Roll paper sources

I am in the hunt for a new printer. I am leaning toward the Epson R1800 and was wondering if anyone could recommend sources for paper, backlit materials, as well as fabrics that are supplied on roll. Previously I would buy 24-36" rolls and cut them down. I no longer have the ability (my power tools are 2800 miles away) to cut the rolls and I'm ignorant of the narrow roll market.

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know what they have for 13 inch wide rolls, but might be worth a look:
