1. I just moved to Paris on a photographic study abroad program, but need to find a store that sells 120 film. All the camera shops I've been in so far haven't sold the stock. Does anyone know where it would be available here?
2. Any suggestions for locations? I've been walking around the city, and while it's all beautiful, I am hoping for some location untapped by tourists.
Try Prophot, it's where I got all of my film and film developing stuff when I lived in France.
As for #2: Paris is one of the most touristed cities in the world. Good luck finding something that has been untapped by tourists, although I'm sure you'll find stuff if you get out of the core and work your way out into the suburbs. When I first went to Paris I was a bit dismayed photographically -- what kind of pictures could I take that hadn't already been done before? After a while I realized that I should just shoot pictures and after that I started seeing things in my own way and stopped caring if it had been done before or not.
At the same address, a photo gallery called Argentic (http://www.argentic.fr/) and a very talented guy, Stéphane Cormier, who can developp your B&W films and print them at a very reasonable price.
What else?

Like others, I would recommend "Sels d'argent", although I never go personally there I just heard many good things about them, and this is a "new" shop, they should be cheered just for that !
For good prices, too, think about PhotoStock :
