Did anyone ever make screw-in 112mm colored filters (yellow, orange, red, etc.) for black-and-white use? I've been idly looking around, primarily on eBay plus some general googling, but haven't yet seen anything beyond protection (UV or skylight), circular polarizing, and various sorts of neutral density filters.
Not long ago I picked up a 72mm Super-Angulon XL, which has a 95mm filter thread. But the matching Center Filter IVb (if ever I can find one I can afford, or even a IVa for that matter, which would be close enough for black-and-white work) takes 112mm filters, hence my interest.
Is mine a hopeless quest? I'm sure I could get Heliopan or Schneider or Tiffen to make one for me, but for that kind of money I could probably buy many hundreds of sheets of film.
