You are looking for a Yankee Clipper 16mm tank with reels, you can find them new and used fairly easily. Do not expect high quality, but the tank and reels will do the job.

Actually, it doesn't have to be a 16mm tank. I'm not familiar with any Yankee 16mm tanks because I've never needed one. But have a Tank with an adjustable reel that will do 110, 135, 120, etc. They're not hard at all to find and cheap. The tanks are notorious for leaking, but will do what you need.
A long time ago I made a 110 reel by cutting down a Paterson adjustable one. I used one of the older nylon types. They are tough to cut and from memory I clamped the halves in a vice and cut the spindles with a small angle grinder. Can't remember how I kept the two halves together in the tank but possibly just sandwiched the 110 reel between a couple of 35mm ones. Rough as guts I know but it worked. OzJohn
