For Sale 1.55X teleconverter lens

I have an acquaintance - getting on in years - who, it turns out has a closet full of goodies that he's asked me to "move out." Cameras, lenses, filters, cases, miscellaneous and sundry. So...as I find the time, I shall offer items here (a cursory poke through the pile leads me to believe most of the stuff will be of interest to APUGgers).

This one, who knows - maybe someone can use it. The box says "Photoco Deluxe Video Telephoto." It appears to me to be a teleconverter lens - has 58mm filter thread. The item is in excellent condition (I seriously doubt it has ever been used). The price on the box is $69.95 - I don't think so . So lets say $12 shipped CONUS.
