So,

My M3 still works ok, all shutter speeds are working. But as you can see in video below - shutter dial is loose, and when changing shutter speeds - there is no distinguished click - it is very loose, easy going from one speed to another. Should I send it to CLA, or is there some easy fix?

Thanks,

It doesn't look trivial. Looks like a lot of disassembly is required. You may as well wait until something else goes wrong or it actually becomes too problematic for use.

Here's a screenshot of the locking screw under the dial, it might be loose, in which case it will only need tightening. To check, unscrew the retaining screw on the dial and remove the dial. Set it on "B" first, and don't let it escape from that while are you working on it, if you do do it.
