We canadians have another option when choosing where to buy film and material from: https://filmwarehouse.ca/

They operate out of alberta and they seem to be predominantly selling flic film products. I have recently ordered something from them and it came swimmingly.

I wonder if their existence has any connection with Flic Film's relatively recent decision to close down their retail storefront and deal exclusively on a wholesale basis.

I thought this was Flic Film??

Different people and location - 60-70 km apart.
The store linked to in this thread appears to be a dealer. Flic Film is a manufacturer and distributor.

The Batch I ordered came by canada post, with a return address at a print shop in Calgary/ my Credit card was charged by Great Canadian Film Warehouse in Longview AB! (?)

I'm confident that they are different entities. I was wondering more about whether or not Flic Film's leaving the retail end motivated them to start up, and whether Flic Film might have given them some help - if for no other reason than to make it easier to deal with disappointed former customers.

I was recently asked to try out FlicFilms brand new lith developer. I’m quite happy with it. Thrilled to have a Canadian source.

I wonder where the actual ingredients come from? Seems unlikely it's Canada or USA. Even the Wuxi Kodak plant in China couldn't survive. Sure not like it was when Kodak had production in Canada and USA and about everywhere else in the world.

I realize it’s probably not Canadian from start to finish. Given that my favourite brick and mortar store in Canada told me they could no longer bring in my usual lith developer, given price and tariff uncertainties and wild fluctuations; I’m thrilled to have a Canadian source, and will stay with them as long as they’re around.

That's awesome! Shop local! 😎

What am I missing on their website I do not see a Contact Us section- I would like a quote on a few bulk chemicals but do not see
where one would talk with them...?
