I found replacement gears and handle, but I need the whole thing.

Thanks for the lead, though they only have the crank and gears as well. Might have to find another enlarger for parts

I don't have 23c parts. I use 4x5 Beseler enlargers. When plentiful I was buying used ones for extras. For a time people would abandon enlargers on the doorstep of camera stores like a baby at a church

Beseler made variations, 23c especially have different revisions
