Hello,

I've got a Kodak Vision3 250D film from the lab, and it has some strange stains on the first 4 frames. The lab says that "The developed negative shows signs of fogging from perforation and other contamination during exposure", but it doesn't seem so to me. This is the first time I have this problem, no previous films had it when using the same camera (Horizon 202). The remaining frames look good. Am I wrong thinking that the problem is on their side?

Thank you in advance!
Alex

As always, showing inverted and edited scans does not help very much. Please, post a picture of the actual negatives.

Hello Samu, sure, I'll collect the negatives from the lab today and will post an update. Thanks.

Welcome to Photrio!

This looks like a processing error where the film stuck to itself briefly during development and then came loose again for the remainder of the process. This can happen in dip & dunk and tank & reel systems.

That's up there with the other Disney fairy tales.

My thought too.

Hello koraks, hello loccdor, sorry for delay with the reaction, and thank you for your answers! I have a couple of undeveloped films from the same trip, so I'll try another lab)

Same thing happened to me with the 250D I shot - film stuck to itself. Very frustrating
