The weather will be almost above freezing this week! Not like this photo from the previous one.

Fully operational! Just need to add some more light seals and its shoe-mounted viewfinder will arrive today.

Nice work, impressive to zone focus such a long focal length.
How did you get the mamiya film holder to couple?

Only 125mm, equivalent to 53mm. And the curved field of the single element lens seems to help zone focus too.

Two mending plates with screws and lots of foam beneath them, black felt around both the mating surfaces. Still needs more shielding, probably some black electrical tape around the joint will fix it.

Show day at my little country town. Enjoying the traditional Australian delicacy "Dagwood Dog" a battered saveloy sausage on a stick dipped in tomato sauce....yum.
Had the cattle dog trials, show jumping, whip cracking and an excellent fireworks display.
Highlights today will be wood chopping, poultry pavilion and a demolition derby.

Nice puppy.
I thought about mounting a Mamiya film holder on my Ensign popular SLR, but it would of bought the film plain back too far. The one I'm using scratches the film, need to fix or get something else. I like 6/9 aspect ratio. The old slr allows to focus and shoot with old brass lens.

I was looking at those Ensign SLRs a few days ago, they look very interesting and different compared to anything you can get today.

Feeling down?
